ALLMIC HEADCANON #1

when toshinori has bad pain days, hizashi's always ready with a heating pad (helps muscle pain), a mug of green tea (comforting, tasty, warms him up), their guilty pleasure show queued up (mindless TV to keep them entertained), & his Magical Massage Hands™ (he has been to too many spas to not know how to massage).

toshi appreciates the cuddles (careful to avoid his sore spots and scar – toshi tends to end up on top of zashi) & kisses (applied to aching spots and peppered over flushed cheeks) he gets very very much. he loves his caring boyfriend (though... he hadn't told him yet).

hizashi notices his pain days when toshi tries to hide it (he moves slowly and carefully and he smiles too much to be genuine). he doesn't say anything if it's tolerable, but silently gives him a heating pad (hizashi's subtlety and casualness surprised and touched toshi) & checks in on him frequently (he hovers. a lot. but checks in with questions or simple glances and touches).

(if it's a really bad pain day, though, zashi beats him up... with blankets, tea, pain meds, heating pads, cuddles, & bad TV shows.)

nooo what’s really painful about watching j*red on screen is that he’s Visibly Acting. like you can seeeeeeee him being like ok im gonna work my jaw now. im gonna raise my eyebrows. im gonna sigh reallllyyyyy big to show that i am sad. he spends every scene he’s in just Waiting to Say His Lines and then he says them and goes back to making Facial Expressions. it hurts
