It hadn't been two weeks since Ruby arrived at Beacon. Getting settled into classes was easy, what wasn't easy was being leader of Team RWBY. A lot has happened in the short time that the four had been together.
But now, they apparently were getting a new student from a different region. The best of the best. Of the best. It made the girl very nervous. Could she do it? What was her new teammate like?
Were they like Blake? Blake was nice. She was cool. But she was also friendly. Blake liked books. It was sometimes hard to strike a conversation with her, but that was only with things that she wasn't interested in.
Were they like Weiss? A bit bossy, a bit condescending, but still pretty cool. She thought she was better than all of them, but that was ok. Weiss wasn't so big on it all the time with them anymore. Maybe it was because it had been repeated so many times.
Were they like Yang? That'd be pretty cool. Funny, strong, and great to hang out with...Though having another of her sister didn't sound so great....That would be too much for anyone...
Ruby didn't know...So she continued to ponder on the possibilities in the main plaza. She sat on stone, just waiting and waiting. Of course, her head was in the clouds at this time...
Not even noticing the new student was standing right in front of her.
