~1 year apart (long but meaningful post) . What do I love about training? Putting in the work day in and day out and seeing the progress made over the months. Sure, I have days like anyone else. The hardest part is getting out of bed. My body hurts. I’m hangry. I want to sleep in. But the one thing I don’t do, is I do not make excuses 🙅🏻♂️ To come up with excuses for everything, is a bad quality to have. To talk yourself out of doing something or achieving your goals...that’s just lame 🤷🏻♂️ and a loser mentality. We have time, we have it. We just need to make time for our priorities. Realistically, if your priority is watching Netflix > Fitness/health goals then don’t tell me that you don’t have time to go to the gym 🤦🏻♂️ . Finally added some carbs back in for the last 4 weeks. Filled out a lot and giving myself a little mental break. In the last 24 months, I’ve been dieting for 18 months all together. Let that sink in.....I am NOT on a “3 month challenge” or some kind of fad diet phase. This is what you call a LIFESTYLE 🥒🍍🍉🍣🍫🍦🥃 . I do this for my health, and because it’s what I enjoy.
