Bee!! Tell me more about The Lady! What does she fear the most?? Does she have any hobbies/comfort activities aside from Magic and kicking ass? Is she the kind of person that can be turned to for advice or is she normally the one seeking the advice?? - 💙

!!!!!! TY TY, I’m ready to explode chatting abt her

She fears huge things like letting her loved ones down, losing them bc she wasn’t strong enough to save them specifically, and becoming like her parents. She also fears her inability at times to admit what she’s feeling and that wounds her. Lastly, she fears getting stuck playing a role in Asgard that isn’t her, not being able to live as her best self, esp when she starts courting a Prince and getting involved with Asgardian royalty//politics. Gods are a commonplace, she doesn’t want to get lost in the ranks either!

Magic and being a warrior admittedly become her life so a lot of her side hobbies just branch from those!! Homegirl is on that training ground EVERY DAY with different weapons though she prefers light swords/archery. She does pick up tasks in the healing room under Frigga’s eye as a breech into the world of Magic and it gets her higher in rank to leave her uh....bad home life. Collecting potion ingredients is v peaceful to her.

She picks up Loki’s thirst for knowledge && study tbh, not just magic, really anything is a curiosity to her. Inventing, taking apart, and enchanting magical artifacts become fun thing. When she’s a bit older, training/protecting younger generations becomes her thing too. Also :))) dancing is a beloved thing to her.

The Lady spends miles of time in the palace’s public library && has this fav spot under a willow tree by a pond that she enjoys reading by. She loves, even as an adult, to climb trees!!! Half the time Loki finds her int he library, she’s perched high on the shelves like a cat lol But Knowledge~~~  On Midgard esp, she wants to learn everything about everything so that really gets exciting!

IDK if this counts as a hobby but when she gets bolder in life....pissing off powerful characters with snark....that’s fun for her. She and Odin really throw some hands at each other when she stops idealizing Him/Frigga/Asgard after Loki’s fall. ((Also banter between her & Thanos lmaooo she will remind him at every opportunity that he will never impress Death))

She is ALWAYS someone ppl go to for advice to the point of like....maybe a harmful degree bc she’s afraid of her emotions so she’s spent a lot!! She feels maybe a little used at times. Of course, that gets better with time esp when she & Loki fess up to feelings. The Lady gets esp open with humans. But, she’s kinda this person ppl consider an old soul and they take advantage, maybe without realizing. 💋💋💋💖💖💖

Bee if you had to choose any 3 pieces of music/scores for the Lady's personal soundtrack what would they be and why?

Ahh!! That’s so hard, I have so much music in rotation for this fic from her to the story itself to individual relationships!!! I’ll do 3 scores and 3 lyrical songs lmao 😘😘😘 I tend to listen to a lot of hopeful, metamorphosis type epics that start simple and get complex as they build up or like songs that Slap Hard that can almost be fight music too. Songs with range and power. Music you can fly around the city too. 🖤

The Lady transforms more than any character I’ve ever written and she touches the characters around her deeply in the process. She’s a hard hitter that doesn’t give up despite stumbling and being thrown back A LOT. Which I think is really admirable and it’s not bad to lose your way or go down the wrong path, she still has good and hope beyond all that. She still learns and remembers who she is even if she’s a little grey later in the fic. ((Hence why the fic used to be called The Messiah.))
