I’ve started and deleted this answer three times already because it’s so hard to choose but I just have to go with my forever number one

The whole scene in general but specifically two things are so important to me: the above hand hold and Cinta saying “you love me”

The latter is mostly important on a meta level, on a representation level. It made me weep the first time I heard it and continues to make me emotional every day of my life afterward

But the hand hold I think might be the most important thing between them that we see in the show as far as their actual story. People so easily write off Cinta’s affection for Vel. They like to say she doesn’t even like her etc etc but the only way you can say that is if you completely ignore this moment.

Cinta is not a character who’s going to make big speeches about her feelings or perform grand gestures to show Vel she loves her. What she is going to do is reach out and gently remind her that no matter what she has to put her main focus on, she does still love Vel too. They are still always connected, even if they can’t give their partnership the attention it deserves. I think a gesture like that gives Vel just enough hope to keep going and doing what she has to, knowing that it’s not actually one sided

I feel like I’m not saying anything really but yeah. That’s the most important part to me. I’ll never be normal about it

I mean, the extra in me wants to say 10000% snakes. But then if she's got snakes for pubes, logic would have that every "hair" on her body is a snake, including arm hair, leg hair, armpit hair, maybe mustache, stomach/chest hair, back hair. And I think mythology would have let us know if Medusa was actually COVERED in big ass snakes on her head and tiny snakes everywhere else. Mythological plotholes...

@ tes "c'est pas facile de voter de l'étranger" peeps, I am French, living in Munich, and it literally took me 10 minutes to sign up to vote by proxy. And I do not have a job that qualifies me as a demi-god in the eyes of society nor the accompanying salary that would allow me to fly back and forth any time I want to sign up. Griezmann has no excuse. "I didn't have the time" is no excuse and is a LOUSY example for his young fans.

He literally said a few minutes earlier that he was just in France for the day and that he had arrived in the morning and would fly back in the evening so he can’t pretend that it’s impossible.

100% agree with everything you said. And in addition to that, the elections are over 2 weekends. If he had genuinely missed the first round, he could have signed up to vote by proxy for the second round.

But also, here's a thought: instead of Archie as Joan, how about Archie/Kalinda WITH Joan because we all know Joan is spectacularly bisexual and Kalinda Sharma is canonly bisexual and they would just make a great team of bisexual woc investigators who take about 0 bullshit from men. OMG THAT WOULD BE AMAZING. I know nothing about Kalinda’s character but I LOVE imagining Joan and Kalinda being badass wlw investigators together and kicking ASS and they have casual sex and Sherlock is trying so hard to hide his curiosity and Joan just says “You’re not joining us” one morning while her and Sherlock are eating quietly in the kitchen and Sherlock’s like “I didn’t say anything” and she answers, “You didn’t have to, I can see it on your face. We’re not having a threesome. Kalinda has a strong preference for women and you are not quite up to her standards”. And Sherlock of course takes that as a challenge and starts seducing both women and Joan is both amused and irritated but also feeling very fortunate. Joan explains Sherlock’s touch aversion to Kalinda one day and Kalinda decides to tease Sherlock by getting suuuuper touchy feely with Joan when all three of them are in the same room together (working a case). 

And Joan knows exactly what is going on and tries to get the two of them alone for days and UGH I’m having so many polyamory feels I’m sorry. But yes, Kalinda/Archie and Joan. Being beautiful wlw together. I’m overwhelmed by that mental image. Going to gay bars for a case and ending up drinking themselves silly and making out like teenagers. Taking care of Clyde together. Sherlock giving them matching tattoos. *heart eyes*
