Gurl you seriously need to read the Gemma Doyle trilogy. There's boarding school stuff + secret magical worlds + all kinds of Victorian historical shit = A+++

Lady I knowwwww all of that sounds so much like my jAM. I’m just stuck on my mum having started the first book like seven years ago and not being that into it and I trust my mum 500% with life things which makes me forget we don’t always have the same reading tastes so why am I still hung up about it??? Also it’s one of those books where I’m scared I missed the boat and would have liked it so much better when I was slightly younger. Idk though, I’ll probably pick it up randomly one day when I'm suddenly in need of a comfort read.

When did you read the series?

The Keats biography you mentioned is by Andrew Motion (it's the one Jane Campion used as the basis for Bright Star). I haven't read all of it bc it goes into lots of detail about politics etc, and I ain't into that. But it's good. Also, hi again :)

Dude what?? Thank the goddess Idris Elba was cast instead, he made that movie truly epic :) I'm also super excited about the sequel, especially with John Boyega being cast and all

Definitely, the fil would not be the same without him. I just love it so much, giant monsters fighting giant robots is definitely what i need.

i was so pumped for the sequel anyway but john boyega being cast is just soo awesome, i cannot wait.
