Later in book 2 he takes on a human alias and travels as a ronin. Grows his hair out to cover his clipped ears. Ignore the fact that his tat and cut eyebrow are on wrong side. Lol. I completely backwards everything in this quick sketch.

Gonna start tossing some old images of Laeo here so that I can have them all in one place.

The first will be the earliest concept art of him, drawn back in 2007 after I had started working on his first book. He was I think 17 in these.

The second image is from an early scene in book 1 right after he leaves home (which is how the book starts).

I didn't think about it at the time, but his sword should be in his left hand. He is ambidextrous but uses left hand more than right.

OC Current description: Laeo [Lay-oh] Male lycanthrope [in his canon world, lycans are more like a demon species. Think inuyasha kinda with dog demons and such]; age 26 [this all pertains to book 2 adult laeo, as he is 17ish when book 1 starts. All info listed is for adult laeo, as he has been known to rp with other characters]. 5'7". Tanned skin & dark hair. Golden irises; dark under eyes/looks tired most of the time. Clipped ears. Scar tissue around neck. Onyx Star pack tattoo on right deltoid. ['Ynxr' can be used as surname;] Ambidextrous. Poor reading/writing skills. Usually in human form thanks to specially crafted earrings that seal his wolf blood. Apathetic towards world events but naturally curious about people. Would rather avoid conflict (seen too much), but goes all in when it's unavoidable. Passionate about his loved ones, tho he expresses it by showing, not telling. Poly and pan/bi, tho currently mate-less; [is a top]. In human form, fights with katana(s) [carries two but only dual wields if the opponent is strong]; while tranformed/tranced, uses claws & fangs.
