Ya think clan wolf Mechwarriors just howl over the comes sometimes?
To be closer to their totem animal or smth.

THAT TRAILER FOR CHAOS REIGN. ADAM STEINER! Was not expecting the dlc to have any relation or reference to the Cartoon.
Im perhaps a bit hyped for the dlc now.
I am a big fan of the changes to the jump jets in MechWarrior 5 Mercs.
Piloting the Victor now feels just like it was described in the warrior trilogy.
Gotta go find me a Grasshopper
There are way more Mechs than I expected on the Merc creation table that I've never encountered outside of hearing the name in a podcast (maybe) in the HS: Draconis Reach book.
I feel like there is a whole generation of Davion Mechs post clan invasion that I haven't encountered in the novels yet.
Funny enough tho I did recognize all the Capellan and most of the Draconis Mechs. The players in my main Scouring Sands co-op runs are big fans of those two factions.
Sometimes I forget that polyamory isn't the norm for relationships.
Now I'm thinking about the potential of a polycule Merc unit causing problems™ in the innersphere.
Why haven't I thought about this before?
Wanna take the moment to shout-out the Grasshopper.
Throughout about a half dozen aces campaigns and handful of classic games the grasshopper has delivered time and time again as my command mech.
Does it have the best weapon load outs? Just enough to get the job done.
Amor? It certainly has some.
Jump capability? You betcha!
The grasshopper has helped me fall in love with jump capable Mechs. I used to think they were a waste of tonnage because I had only ever experienced them through the mech warrior games where they were underwhelming at the best of times.
I think I'm gonna make a custom variant in mechlab after work today.
I wanted to take this Friday to briefly talk about how much I love the Jade Hawk. I've had it for one week and it's very quickly becoming one of my favorite Mechs.
In alpha strike a heavy with a jump of 12" and a base tmm of 2 and 7/7/0 and okay armor. God it solidified my love of Mechs with jump jets.
I also quite enjoy it's bird like design, I think more clan Mechs should be inspired by their totem animals.
Loving the Hotspots Draconis Reach book so far.
I am super excited to see support for Aces in it!
So excited to get a solo game going during moving season™
