For studying I like to organize subjects by colour for association. AS well as only cover a chapter a night, no point in cramming it wont help you at all. For sleeping I always look at the clock and then try to keep my eyes cosed for 15 minutes. If I open them and it hasnt been 15 I have to restart if it has been i can keep my eyes open for a little if i can... and NO PHONES the light triggers a chemical that keeps you up
