Steamed eggplant in a garlic, lajiao chili pepper sauce, and drizzled with fragrant Chinese red oil.
The most notable Chongqing food：hotpot- heavy on the organs. Check out the small bowl of pig brain in the bottom right corner. The greens in the bowl towards the top left don’t look so special, but in fact taste delicious.
