View of the Chicago Skyline as seen from the Kellogg Global Hub
Somewhere in Northern Illinois
Another amazing shot of the Kellogg Lakefill also sent from a friend. View from the Global Hub. Can see Chicago Skyline.
I couldn’t find the pictures from 2016 Jul 4, but I found a video that Facebook had compiled the next day by creepily stalking photos on my phone. (It was pretty good, so I posted it, but I was glad that Facebook stopped being creepy like that afterwards.) (Also, that lamppost looks like a wand, and that one picture in the middle, where the light was everywhere looks like a scene from the Siege of Hogwarts, when the Death Eaters had surrounded the castle.)
Friend sent me a picture of the fireworks last night (Jul 4, 2018). View from the Kellogg Global Hub. I haven’t been back here in ages. It looks so gorgeous, I had to post somewhere. I have pictures from Jul 4, 2016 at the Lakefill. I should find those and post them sometime.
A random picture I captured sometime in Spring 2017. It’s one of those pictures where I just got lucky with the angle and the light and the framing.
Hands down, the best picture I have ever taken from a flight. FYI, this was a flight from Chicago O’Hare to Toronto Pearson.
It’s a family!
