Did you choose your tok title? I still haven't I feel like they're all the same

Yes! I’m doing the networks of ways of knowing one (#1 I think??). But yeah, I thought these titles were all pretty gross compared to the ones for past years. My advice is to just find a couple that seem just a little interesting and brainstorm/write from there. If one title is generating more thoughts or ideas, do that one. I was torn between the one I’m doing and another one and I started brainstorming for the other one and nothing was happening so I switched and there were a ton of ideas for me. Just start! The worst that can happen is that you have to start over.

Did you do a CAS interview? How was it and what where the questions and what did you answer

I haven’t done a CAS interview. Maybe it’s when you complete your hours or near the end of the program and my coordinator just hasn’t mentioned it to us yet?? Has any one else does a CAS interview??

Hi again, my CAS teacher won't respond to my emails and I'm lost, is it ok if I do yoga for example from youtube videos and add it as CAS and of course, put my CAS teacher's email on managebac? HELP

Yikes! Sorry your CAS teacher isn’t responding :( One of my friends who did IB and graduated in 2015 took a yoga class for CAS credit, but I’m not sure if learning off youtube videos would count. If your teacher allows it, I know mine lets me put down their email on managebac like you suggested. For now, I’d keep track of the hours you collect if you’re working on the yoga right now, and talk to your CAS supervisor as soon as school starts. Good luck!

how do you know that Runkeepr is an approved CAS advisor? I tried to find that on their website and they don't have an email to contact them idk, also I'm using managebac how could I put them an advisor? because u need an email. HELP !

First, I’d ask your CAS coordinator just to double check that Runkeeper is fine to use (I’m sure it is). Second, I know at my school if we don’t have a legitimate or obvious supervisor for the activity we can use the name and email of our CAS coordinator and they’ll approve it just like a regular supervisor would.
