BoS anon: Yeah thats completely fair I pretty much agree. My favorite incarnation of them by far was the Fallout 3 Lyons Brotherhood where Elder Lyons decided they could actually use their resources for the betterment of humanity, was really disappointed they backslid so far in Fallout 4 and became like, psuedo-fascist. I still personally think theyre cool because I’m a sucker for cool lasers big armor and pseudo-knightly bullshit but I’d definitely punch a lot of them in the face if I could

well hello again stranger! i’ll be honest i don’t know much about anything beyond fallout new vegas, so i dont quite know who/what you’re talking about with this lol. but! you are entitled to your opinion, armor and stuff is pretty cool! i just personally dont really like them. i asked a friend (@lamecifer) who’s more knowledgeable on this than i am and what he had to say about FO3 and 4′s iterations of the BoS, and it seems to be just as much as i expected. that they still do overall remain an egotistical group who put themselves over the rest, furthering the seeming worship of the military, and even tho a few people out there may have wanted to help a bit, it doesnt feel genuine, and the fact that they made such a relapse only emphasizes the case
