So like in my Lance Murdock AU where Matt Murdock aka Daredevil is Lance’s cousin (og post)

Pidge is a mutant. Lance suspects this but he was also the only one not pick up on the fact that Pidge was a girl. He starts doubting this theory, for a while bc maybe that's just what Pidge was hiding, but then he catches her using her (TBD) mutant power, so he figures he was right about her being a mutant and is constantly trying and failing to corner her to casually bring it up

Pidge is repressing the very thought that she might be a mutant like there's no tomorrow. It is to her very much a problem for later. Later is not to be defined.

Keith is a Defenders fanboy, particularly a fan of Daredevil and Luke Cage. Shiro knows only that Keith is a fan of this vigilante that beats people up from and also suspected in bombings and murders in NYC before he was captured by the Galra and disapproves of it; he doesn't know about the fake Daredevil or the good he's done in the Kitchen. When it comes up that Lance knows Daredevil, he heavily disapproves.

Hunk knows that Lance knows the Defenders because half of them are Lance's cousin's clients and friends, but does not know Lance's cousin is Daredevil

All the teachers at the Garrison knew that Lance Mcclain was related to Matt Murdock, from Nelson & Murdock, yeah, that Nelson & Murdock, and part of their dislike for him was for his cousin's defense of a serial killer. That's why Lance generally keeps the name of his cousin of the DL, just saying "my cousin" and very occasionally "Matt"

Matt is friend with Scott Summers. This isn't really relevant for a lot of the fic, but it's important to me that they are friends. Matt has taken on more than a couple suits for mutant clients which is why Lance is familiar with mutants enough to suspect that Pidge may be one.
