Coke or Pepsi: I like both, but since my family tends to buy Coke products, I’ve gotta go with that, I guess.

Disney or Dreamworks:  I’m forever loyal to my childhood faves (Beauty and the Beast, Aladdin, The Little Mermaid, The Lion King, etc. etc.), sooo Disney! :) Though Dreamworks has some goodies too, like Shrek.

Coffee or tea: Pffft, neither. I’ve tried coffee five different times (somehow, I thought I’d like it if I tried it again lol), and I just can’t do it. FINALLY. A VICE I DO NOT HAVE. And tea tastes like weak piss (not that I know what piss tastes like), so no thanks. I’m a southerner who hates tea -- WE DO EXIST.

Books or movies: Both! I love books/the whole magic of creating an entire world in your head, but movies can be visually stunning/knock me in the feels with their soundtracks.

Windows or Mac: Uhhh, Sony Vaio. ;) Sorry, but I don’t have an allegiance to any type of laptop/computer other than that.

DC or Marvel: I love Batman and Spider-man, so I’m happily batting for both teams. Though I was more of a Batman fangirl growing up, for sure. BTAS IS THE BEST. <3

Xbox or Playstation: I’ve never played XBox, so Playstation. :) Though I was the loser who used mine to play Guitar Hero and Rock Band. And Kingdom Hearts. <3

Dragon Age or Mass Effect: I’ve never played either of those, but my brother’s played Mass Effect, so? Idk. I guess that? Don’t really care, ahem.

Night owl or early riser: Night owl for sure. My brain is always like “LOL YOU WANT SLEEP?? BITCH, YOU THOUGHT. IT’S TIME TO WRITE!!!” I literally have inspiration at like 3 a.m., and it sucks rubber donkey wangs.

Cards or Chess: Cards.  I played both growing up, so I don’t really have a favorite? Both were fun...though I think I’m better at chess since I can’t remember how to play cards. lol I’ve written two or three strip poker fics, and I had to google the directions. x3

Chocolate or vanilla: Choooocolaaaaate. I’ve tried some amazing vanilla ice cream in my day (lol I sound like I’m 90), but chocolate’s great for just about anything.

Vans or Converse: Don’t care, tbh, because I’ve never owned a pair of either. Converse are better looking though, IMO. Vans look like milk cartons strapped on people’s feet. lol

Lavellan, Trevelyan, Cadash or Adaar: Am I supposed to know who these people are?? Have I missed the latest trend?? HAS IT FINALLY HAPPENED?? AM I TOO OLD FOR THE INTERNET?!

Paragon or Renegade: That first one sounds kind of like paramour, which I do not have, so...Idk. LOL

Star Wars or Star Trek: Neither, though I guess Star Wars is more accessible.

One episode per week or binge watching:  Binge, cuz I go crazy waiting for my faves. Even though my connection is crap at home, so it doesn’t work out so well. My binges are like 2 eps. lol

Gandalf or Obi-Wan? Obi-Wan, cuz I don’t care for fantasy/LotR. *hides*

Heroes or Villains? Depends, tbh. I love heroes like Batman/Spidey, but villains tend to be my ultimate faves, like the Joker. :) And I’m a huge shipper of villain x heroine. My last fandom royally undid that trend, cuz I don’t tend to ship “good” people together all that often. 

John Williams or Hans Zimmer? Mannn, both are so good! I LOVE The Dark Knight soundtrack, which is by Hans, so I guess him? Though John Williams composed Jaws and some other great stuff, and I have the soundtracks for both, so *flails* 

Disneyland/Disney World or Six Flags? Uhhh, I prefer Universal Studios, though Disney’s alright. Six Flags was dirty and gross when I went (once).

Forest or sea ? Both! Though I tend to go to the sea more often than woodland areas (discounting the woods by my house, of course).

Flying or reading minds? LOL At first I read this as “flying minds or reading minds,” and was super confused. Fabulous. I guess I’d like to read minds, because then I could tell if people were lying to me. But then that could also lead to emotional angst, so eh.

Twin Peaks or Northern Exposure? Idk what Northern Exposure is, and I do really like Laura Palmer and Dale Cooper, so Twin Peaks. :3

My question:  Which show that’s no longer on the air do you wish was still around/in syndication? My answer’s Moonlighting (drama) and The Golden Girls (comedy).

What is your most disliked character(s)? Why?

I asked her which fandom, and she landed on The Prisoner, which made me ugly gasp. AHHHH

Okay, so I’m kind of behind in a recent re-watch; some episodes I’ve seen upwards of four times, others only once. There’s also few consistent characters in the show - so this is extra, extra hard. And if you dislike someone, chances are....you were supposed to....

I’m going to say absolutely fucking everyone in “Do Not Forsake Me, Oh My Darling,” and that includes Number 6. Why even my darling? Because Patrick McGoohan is virtually not in it; he was busy filming Ice Station Zebra and they needed to get out an episode. So he gave them an outline for a body swapping episode (which is among my least favorite tropes), that sees him sent back to London in a different body, to meet his fucking fiancee? Excuse me? That....that is so out of character I could puke, and not just out of jealousy?!?! And the guy playing Number 6 who ISN’T McGoohan kisses her, because McGoohan WOULD NEVER (McGoohan was so damn Catholic, he wouldn’t kiss anyone besides his wife, even though it was all pretend; in a scene that required him to feign affection as part of a plot point in “The Chimes of Big Ben,” there are awkward cuts and we’ll frequently only see the back of the actress’ head; this is because it’s his daughter in a wig, the only person he felt comfortable doing affectionate things with, like illicit hand touching.).

And you wanna know the best bit? The absolutely best bit? He gave the crew the outline....and they screwed it up. He got back and was like “....oh, okay, guess this is how we’re filming now.”

The OTHER best bit was the original end of the episode actually ended on a really fucking good line that would have made that shlock someone redeemable, and it got cut. Some of my favorite lines from The Prisoner actually ended up on the cutting room floor.

The three infamously bad filler episodes of “Do Not Forsake Me,” “Living in Harmony,” and “The Girl Who Was Death” ARE all pretty bad - but in each you can usually find something that makes it so good I wouldn’t throw it out of the show (in the case of the last example, I hate everything about that episode right up until the ending, at which point it punches me in the face and I ask for more) - but “Do Not Forsake Me” may be the exception. It accomplishes nothing, is wildly out of character, AND IT BARELY EVEN HAS MCGOOHAN IN IT.

....I’m sorry for what just happened, but @landsmanwashere knew what she was getting into when she asked me this question.

It was @landsmanwashere‘s third baby’s birthday this month, so I got her this great Pikachu watch (like it’s even cuter in person), and I wasn’t there when she got it, but she loved it, so YAY.

BUT THEN. I get home tonight, and what’s waiting for me on the stairs? A THANK YOU CARD. So I’m texting Landsman to tell her what an excellent job she did raising four polite young ladies (cause I’m almost thirty and I don’t always send thank yous, like a bitch)-
