A 15.63 pound turkey from @luckysmarketspringfield in the Signature brine from @lanesbbq with lemons, apples, red onion and some @southsidebbq smoked black pepper added. I’m going to let this brine in my @cambromfg container until Friday morning. I’ll then remove the turkey and let it air chill in the fridge until I cook the bird for dinner.
