I want to update my video card drivers

If you are experiencing technical or performance problems with Minecraft, you can try to update your video card drivers.

You must first determine the type of video card you have:

Press the "Windows" + "R" keys simultaneously.

Type "dxdiag" in the runtime window and then press the "Enter" key.

Go to the "Display" tab.

There you can see the name of your video card and the name of the manufacturer.

Now that you know the name of the manufacturer, go to their website and search for the name of your video card to download the latest available driver:

AMD

Intel

WebView2 Runtime is a system developed by Microsoft that allows applications to embed web pages. For example, it is used to display the login form for Microsoft accounts.

I am not allowed to play online

Log in to https://account.xbox.com/settings with the parent Microsoft account.

Click on the child’s account profile.

Click on “Xbox/Windows 10 Online Safety”.

Choose “Allow” for “Join multiplayer games” and “You can create and join clubs” (see image below)
