In Given Video there are 4 langhanams ie Samiti -
1. Fasting Langhanams
2. Breathing Langhanams
3. Speech Langhnams
4. Movement Langhnams
But yet none had taught about Thought Langhanams and yet everything depends upon what you think even while any kind of Langhanams.
The thought process or we can say Bhav because Bhav Langhnam what you can do and rest you can't because all other Langhnams are part of body whether it is related to Fasting or Breathing or Speech or Movement। Not a single task is of your own but it's all related to your body.
And You are not the body but this knowledge is equally important until you find yourself as this Langhnams are important so you do defocus from these Langhnams and start finding yourself and even these Langhanams are required like Bhav Lingi Muniraj as explained in True Jainism of Digmabers School of Thoughts.
What had been taught there is that let focus on Bhav ie your thoughts as your thoughts are the only thing what is you own and rest you don't.
Thus entire Jainism is divided into Bhav and Dravya. When you have Bhav at the same time those material particles ie Pudgal are also at the same place ie kshetra and we call this relationship is Ekshetravgaah.
For someone else understanding (not for yourself) Dravya is used to explain as Others who had not seems his own soul , can only interpret soul from the act of Dravya (not act of Bhav).
What others can see or know, only visible Pudgal particles which formed your body. Thus, your body's Langhnams are important to explain to others but for your own soul, what important is to know and focus is your thoughts ie your Bhav (not Dravya)
These all Langhnams are just part of few Shubhapayog as these just part of knowledge from other's perspective and yet keeping Bhav thus it's call Shubh and even theses Shubh or Good thoughts beyond body activites are not connected to your own soul, thus it's called Shubh not Shuddha.

iirya Samiti ie they make sure their movement even for next step are so careful so it should not even hurt those beings which even he can't see and Aadan Nikshepan Samiti makes sure that even his very essential and only belongings like Kundal and Picchi are to be placed very careful and these both movement s are to be made when it's essential including pratishthana and utsarg sameeti of movment ie Going toilet etc. The logic behind Mocement Langhnams are to stay more with your own soul thus make your thoughts from Shubh to Shuddha and by default it keeps away from Ashubh Thoughts.
Moreover Speech Langhnams are Bhasha Samiti and not restricted to say good or sweet but say only when it's essential as every living being has knowledge and none can teach to others not even none can motivate others. Everyone just try to know you by your speech thus Bhasha Samiti is only important to let other know about you and it does not contribute anything for your own soul.
Further Fasting Langhnams are like Eshna Samiti and even it ensure the food itself does not include any kind of Hinsa but also the food who prepare should not involve in any kind of Hinsa and ensure the food is not prepared for Muniraj ie for him.
Last Langhnams what she told about is breathing Langhnams but it's equally important that one should keep Langhnams for every sense but not restricted to Breathing. Langhnams are required for Touch, Taste, Breathing, Sights and Hearing too. Also, ensure they should also have Langhnams from Shubh Thoughts ie Shubhapayog too ie Focus on Shuddh upyog.
There is no room for even thinking about in any manner about Ashubh Upyog.
