I'm not new to this favouritism thing, but this kind of shit irritates me so bad, and now I'm just tired of it. I'll take what punishment I get. I can't even care. Like wth.

IB, Day "Are We Done Yet?"

Day two was actually a lot better than yesterday. The issues began after the day was complete.

I'm thinking of doing ab initio, which essentially means I'll be dropping Spanish and taking French 2 and 3 this and next year. Spanish is a lost cause for me--I've had two terrible teachers who basically ruined my chances of ever being able to speak the language. Last year especially, she not only didn't teach anything the whole year, my ability to understand the language depleted. Basically at this point, a Spanish I student could probably speak better than me, and my first day of Spanish IV was yesterday (my fifth year overall).

It's kind of a big deal. I'm really nervous about going through with it, but I honestly don't think I'll be able to come back from this and pass the Spanish IB Exam. At least with French I have a chance to learn it right the first time, and the teacher is supposedly really good. Additionally, I want to major in English literature. My classes will probably include some kind of world literature, and I can name three French writers off the top of my head and not that many Spanish. I actually think French is a neater language, so we'll see.

IB SL French B Exam Over!!

Ahh, so nice! I had my IB SL French exam this morning (papers 1 and 2) (Language B!). And I'm happy to say it wasn't too hard! The texts weren't too confusing; same with the questions.

Plus it was fun to troll in my written paper 2 with HunHan. XD

One of the Paper 2 options was "une histoire", so naturally, I wrote a corny PG HunHan fanfic with the picture prompt we got. (I got lucky!)

I was able to incorporate every tense I learned (minus passé simple (that was just ridiculous) or that weird pluperfect subjunctive...) and some good vocab! (YEAH! EN OUTRE AND NÉANMOINS!! >W<!)

So I predict myself at a 6? I felt pretty confident (unlike my Chem. exam... TT^TT). Hopefully I'll do well! : D

I only wish I was more fluent... ^ ^; I should've tried HL. I would've learned so much more...
