Raven’s roast
What I really want from RWBY is a scene where Raven tells off the rest of Oz’s Circle for not believing her when she warned them about Oz’s duplicity and Salem’s immortality. As much as she’s done wrong, she at least deserves that.
(Scene: The remaining members of the Circle are trying to lynch Oscar because of Oz, but Raven is standing between them)
Theodore: But he made fools out of us!
Raven: You made fools out of yourselves! (Points at Oz) You swore your lives to this fast-talking parasite because he said your favorite fairy tales were true! Isn’t that what happened, Oz?
Oz (Through Oscar): Yes, yes. That’s it. We don’t need to dwell on it.
Raven: (Picks up Oscar) You let yourselves be talked into serving this specter because he gave you extra credit on homework!
Oscar: (Nervous) Is it me, or is it getting stuffy in here?
Raven: But I warned you! I told you you were being played for a bunch of saps, but you didn’t listen me, did you? Huh? Did you? That’s right! And when Salem’s Maiden threatened Haven, I was the only one who drove her off! The Tribe and I could have kept the Lantern, but nooooo... We felt sorry for you! All was forgiven and we let you have yer Relic back! All told, I’d say you fools got off easy!
