yes!! elliot fosters older kids (Prez at 14 is their first, and 14 is about as young as they take in) and a lot of.... i'm blanking on a term thats Not Shitty but kids that need a lot of extra help or arent doing well in the foster system because theyre struggling with behavior issues, mental health problems, or other disabilities

also i couldnt figure out a way to get this in that felt organic because it was Prez's POV, but LAMP gave the Waller farm to Elliot when Matt and Shelley passed, so thats where this takes place. so elliots got a big farm with lots of space and lots of productive things to do (anger problem? come chop wood with me, your rage will be cured) for the average upset teenager

At some point I'm going to try to do a laoft family tree and I will fail because they just acquire family everywhere and I'm not even mad about that 💖💖💖 honestly everyone in laoft is so valid bc who wouldn't want to be friends with/get adopted by/work for the husband squad

also my fave characters are officially Emmy and Ellie - ik their name is Elliott but their nicknames rhyme!! And they both have animal nicknames also!! And I thought that was a cool coincidence 😁😁
