Is shit. So, I asked a question about my order TEN days ago, and waited patiently. Of course, if you ask anything in the language, they respond quickly. But I waited, and waited, and waited. I checked their page against today to see if there were any updates to the Q&A's, and all of the questions were answered! Yay! I go to mine, and they fucking skipped right over mine. What the fuck? My dragon still says "preparing product". I'm seeing people post photos of their Lapis dragons, so I want to know when mine will be done. I paid in full on the first day of the release, so why isn't mine done? I bought the Limited package, and I didn't even get blushing, so why in the HELL is it taking 2+ months? I'm more so pissed about their customer service. That made me so livid.
