Mexican pizza is back! I tried to make some to celebrate their comeback to Taco Bell. My execution failed, haha. I fried the tortillas in a skillet on the KJ. I think this meal would work better on a griddle. Once the flour tortillas were fried and into foil they got soft. I think the entire process after building the Mexican pizza would have worked better on a flat top. All that aside, the flavors were delicious.
