The best Pineapple salsa I have ever made in my life. Ever!!! I built this recipe with my favorite roasted tomatillo salsa in mind. Fire roasted serranos from Nathan, the first decent pineapples of the season, @wild.grove garlic, Lexi's comino seeds, and Granny Ivy's example have made this a masterpiece.
