Larc nonsense entry
So I'm still devastated I haven't been able to see L'arc en Ciel live.
Every other yr I catch the jrock + Laruku bug and listen to my middle school and highschool faves. But lifes a fucking shit storm & I have object permanence problems. It becomes less and less likely I'll ever see my old faves ...and new faves. I got into kpop while I still used this blog although I don't think I really ever posted that much about it. The L'arc era is the one that's held out the most. And Selena, but I was inoculated with her music since I was unborn. And she's dead so that fixation took on different sort of life.
And although my preference is to see L'arc before any other jrock band or outside projects, I'm still holding out hope to at least catch Hyde solo. And at least I can say I saw Hyde once even if it was his halloween shenanigans. 2014 really was a highlight and probably the last good yr. I'm so mad I missed him last time he toured North America I definitely could've caught him in Mexico. UGHHH. And I like L'arc more than I did in 2011-12 so even if my L'arc fixation wanes and waxes I know I'll always yearn to hear them live no matter the era of my life. Except I've never been online in a way that facilitates following current popculture.... i keep missing the crucial windows... i hate social media.
