This was also another villian oc I was suppose to upload but...yeah. So this character has three different names. His casual name is Hannibal, his legend name is Nyxi Panoukla (Panoulka mean Plagueclaw but I can't remember what Nyxi means ^^;), and his past name was Leroy Huffman. Hannibal is a 23 year old humanoid creature (kinda made his species design up on the spot) and is about 13ft tall. He along with Lexx, Carmella and two others, are on a journey to hunt down where the last of a species is located and that species is gem animals. In Dorothy's universe, gem animals are very powerful and the species as well as their power is worth more than gold, and Dorothy is the last gem animal that exists. So a little something about his past is that he used to be a human child before he got turned in what he is now from being experimented on. But, after all the experiments he had lost his memory and also lost the ability to talk but is able to make sounds like clicking, roaring, whimpering, purring, etc. The only way he can properly communicate with anyone in a conversation is that he uses sign language or hand signals which Lexx had taught him.
