Hello!!!! Now the tour is over (😭) and we're moving onto festival season- what were your top 5 outfits from the fitfwt? (Or top 10 if you have lots!) ❤️🖤❤️🖤

Hi! It is very hard to choose only 5 so i'm gonna go with 10. In no particular order:

-Fitfwt New York: Not only is it an iconic show of the tour but his outfit was perfect and he looked so hot!

- Fitfwt St Louis:Just bc of the top. It is a little different from what he usually wears and a break from the many tank tops he wore this tour but he looked so beautiful 🥹. I hope he wears this shade more often, it really suits him

-Fitfwt Manchester: idc what anyone says i'm in love with the jacket ❤️. Look how pretty he looked 😳

Fitfwt Cardiff: I love the top 🤷‍♀️ and his hair looks so good and fluffy it puts the look together and give it an ethereal beauty vibe

-Fitfwt Turin: This look is so underrated it makes me mad. One of my absolute favorites. Perfection from head to toe 🙌. 10/10 for the styling

Fitfwt London: like New York, it is one of the most iconic shows on tour. The outfit is so on point. Louis looking GORGEOUS.

-Fitfwt Curitiba: simply perfection 😌

-Fitfwt Bogota: So elegant and well styled. Loved it (it was in my top 3 latam outfits in fashionlouist poll. I loved it THAT much)

-Fitfwt Santiago: If i look at the jacket alone i don't like it that much but it somehow brings out the blue of his eyes so beautifully. He looks seriously ETHEREAL in every single pic from this show so it had to be in my top 10

-Fitfwt San José: Do i even need to say anything? This picture alone speaks for itself. This is a face/ body people would go to war for btw

Love this look. It’s got it all.

Simple clean styling, strong pattern, hair styled to perfection offsetting his jawline, plus a confident Louis. It’s comfortable, but structured and it all works together presenting a beautiful balanced tension, just like Louis.

Simplicity belies its complexity.

i already told you earlier but if i had to make suggestions: i like his current style bc you know he's comfortable so i wouldn't change much + coordination king (and i dont have a lt: outfit i'd wear tag for nothing), we know he likes layers so maybe playing with layering pieces more (im looking directly at the iconic bbc outfit circa bty promo), @ louis wear coats pls and ditch ugly clunky sneakers (i know it's/was trendy but no <3 he hasnt worn those in a while but i dont want a comeback), wear more colourful (*cough* purple *cough* yellow *cough*) and/or patterned pieces maybe, est-ce que tu penses qu'il porterai des chemises/chemisiers casually de lui même ???

not suggestions, just my mind running wild abt pieces i'd die to see louis in: OVERALLS (@ louis give me your address, credit card number, and pants size i'll order them for you), corduroy pants......., BELTS for the aestethic (does he own belts idk i dont remember ever seeing him wearing one)

Louis wearing a shirt with a prominent ‘Rive Gauche’ on it ~ 1) Harry is in France or 2) Harry is going to have some connection coming up with YSL. 😉

Hmmm, I doubt that.

I think the shirt is another deconstructed statement.

In other words, Saint Laurent wanted to make a ready-to-wear line that was separate from haute couture. He didn’t want a “watered down” version of couture, but an entirely separate line with the spirit of streetwear— not a cheaper copy of what “jaded billionaires” wore.

Rive Gauche is the left bank of the Seine River— associated in the past with bohemians, philosophers, artists. It’s now a tourist destination (of course), but still has a progressive, free-spirited connotation.

The way that the letters have been separated and deconstructed on Louis’ shirt, and the fact that it’s a tee shirt, is a little joke on ready-to-wear. It’s basically as deconstructed as possible, a reference to streetwear that’s all street, no couture. It’s like modern art that is entirely cerebral— the “high fashion” aspect of it is entirely in the designer’s idea, not in the execution, of the shirt.

So Louis’ wearing it might be a stance on the egalitarian idea of Rive Gauche— that it is fashion for the mind, not for rich idiots with bad taste. It’s for a lad from Doncaster who’s just like anyone else, who understands and can afford high fashion, but doesn’t need to be a pretentious asshole about it.
