The Five Wounds by Kirstin Valdez Quade for @drim.space #drimspaceblowyourcover I was blown away by this family story from Santa Fe. So many strikes against them and mistakes made and yet they carry on. It is breathtakingly written. One empathises with every single character, the good, the bad and the ugly. It’s amazing that you are rooting for everyone (except one character that disappears quickly). Although many sad things happen that test and disappoint the characters, there is some humour and joyful moments.
