Parental Gratitude

A thought popped into my head just before I fell asleep. Your parents ought to receive a thank-you letter: for giving life to a wonderful person like you, for shaping you into the strong person you are, and for planting the seeds that gave you a golden heart, that you so willingly give to others. And because you touch the lives of so many, the love that people have for you, ought to go back all the way to them. :-)

When you become so conditioned to never fall apart, you've become a walking casket to all that you could have and will ever be. ..... You can either place your life nicely folded in a decorated package on deaths doorstep and ring the doorbell for them to know you've arrived...or you can tell the sonofabitch to try and take it. Lesson: You earn every single one of your ends.
