All sales on Last Yarn are final except for damaged meterage. We operate on a non-refundable policy.
Should the item be damaged and faulty the customer must raise a dispute (by emailing Last Yarn) no later than 7 working days after an order has been confirmed.
We will request photos and a description from each complaint before issuing an exchange or refund for any damaged meterage. We will always confirm the outcome of each case directly with you as our customer.
