A Thought On Peace
Even when countries go to war with each other, when our foreign policy dictates that our country gets militarily involved in the affairs of other nations, when the internal struggles of countries lead to bloodshed, I don't lose faith in the possibility of peace. It is only when we treat each other with disrespect, use harsh words, and cease to communicate that my pessimism grows. Shalom bayit - peace begins in the home, at home.
