Sam's god in TBC is really just a creepier version of himself and I live for it. I've seen most of his stuff on YT and it's all just delightful.
Based on my n00b's understanding of what Sam is like, you're extremely right. LAUGH LAST sounds like Sam just logged on and reached for the most unhinged version of himself.
My fave interaction with him that doesn't have a video is actually this one ("Shark Facts") where he's consulting his faithful about who he should align with, via metaphorical speech and jokes. It's a bunch of interesting RP that lets the god's scheming intellect poke through in between the jokes, with all the unhinged just... lurking there on the periphery. Creepy and hilarious af.
