Yesterday while slaying a fierce dragon (doing laundry), I delivered the final and fatal blow to the beast's heart (put the last pile of towels away) with a flying leap (stepped over the baby gate in the bathroom doorway). As I landed from such an incredible defiance of physics (stepped back over the baby gate), my footing failed me (I sprained my ankle). Thankfully, my trusty squire was nearby and assisted in calling in reinforcement (gave me my cell phone to call Jason). All is well, I will be back on my feet to defend my castle against dragons (do all the laundry and cleaning) again very soon. While I wait and rest, my faithful squire and her teddy bear have joined in my sufferings (put on pretend bandages for approximately 45 seconds) as a show of support. #ameliafayth #slayingdragons #sahm #laundryisdangerous
