uhm maybe make the bottom roof and try using a half wall on top of it to put the top roof on? or put the half roof on top of the walls and try putting the first roof on after that?

Maybe try with friezes? placefriezes on/off. Place one layer of frieze on part of the roof and add the half roof on either side, then place another layer of frieze and add the v-roof on top of that.

You might have to add a second floor or use testingcheats + constrainfloorelevation to make a foundation high floor.

You can add a frieze level above the first floor, then put the higher roof on top of that.

or you could use placefriezes on which adds a foundation above ground
