A lamp that resembles one mentioned in a paranormal magazine, It said to have been created to light up and patrol certain district's in a large futuristic city. The different colours that they can appear in are for the different area's they are meant to patrol, so that those who are traveling through that place can always tell which district they are in by the lamp colour.
All the alternate colours, have a shiny version of them with the silver chrome colour
