TBH I COULD GO ON but I think talia is more suitable for ruling onderon If we’re talking stability in the long run although she’s not perfect. Vaklu is too independent if that makes sense? Onderon leaving the republic would cause problems and their power could easily be snuffed out without the help of the republic.

@balverinekings Vaklu’s desire to pull Onderon out of the Republic would’ve been a crippling blow to the Telos Restoration Project, Republic morale, and eventually the Republic itself. His isolationist ideal for Onderon probably would’ve been fine for a while, though would’ve eventually spelled disaster when whatever came after the Republic (or even a restored Republic) came after them. A planet can’t fight a galaxy.

Any dark side character of mine tends to side with Vaklu because fuck the Republic, and light side characters side with Talia because fuck power mad tyrants that pull people off the streets for dissent. And also saving Telos and the Republic I guess
