I have a headcanon that there is an underground hero (who maybe has a lot of money inherited from their stuck up hero parents) buys a giantic house somehwere and dedicates themself to creating a neutral ground and hiring neutral people to help both heroes and villains, whether it's a medical issue or general life stuff (everyone could go to therapy, whoohoo). They could also help homeless kids, with food and clothes and maybe edcation, just to prevent more children believing heroes are useless. It's very cheesy and naive of me, but damn it if imagining everyone coexisting in peace and getting help doesn't give me serotonin
okay but i need a full fic of this! there could be some people staying there long-term and others that just drop by. like, everyone from Dabi to Crawler to even All Might has been to that place. the only policy they have is to keep it a secret and to honor the truce within the walls.
