BPTC HELP ADVICE
1. If the Whitebook is too daunting for you to read then use buy the 'BPTC Revision' by Gillian Woodworth as your base and write whatever extra notes you need from the Whitebook there.
2. For the Criminal Procedure Exam, read Blackstones. Point blank, write all the important points you need from Blackstones because 100% of the questions will come verbatim from the book and it will be that minor point that you thought was unimportant.
3. For Professional Ethics (it was still an exam in the BPTC when I took it) the key is to get the gist of the rules and quote the 10 codes verbatim. But APPLY it to your answer to actually get the mark. So if it's a 5 mark question I'm expected to write 10 points and maybe 3-4 will hit the mark.
