I’m currently having fun retexturing objects. These are some nostalgic calendars, one is a Tong Shing daily calendar, and the other is a shop souvenir calendar that usually features Mandarin celebrities. The one pictured is Ms. Brigitte Lin, if you’re not familiar with her, she’s in Wong Kar-wai's Chungking Express. I'm thinking about making a retexture project to share, but I wonder if anyone would find it relevant?

I've been quite obsessed with the Showa aesthetic lately. After downloading some object recolors by winterglow, who has so much great stuff, I felt inspired to work on recoloring objects from old creator meshes again. In the picture, there's a cute thermos featuring Takahashi Macoto's illustration using a mesh from 8-3 studio, and a short folding table from Ara Garahan's mesh that I recolored with a Showa pattern. This is still a WIP, and I'd like to add more variations and other objects. Hopefully, this won't stay an unfinished project forever and I'll be able to distribute it.
