Layered Lunch
Today's lunch consisted of: (layered in a mason jar) Leftover brown rice (cold) with pick a peppa sauce Broccoli Slaw and Cruciferous Blend Roasted Flaxseed Shredded Carrots Cucumbers Red Bell Peppers Olive oil & vinegar (added at work so the salad doesn't get soggy in the jar) Yummy! Trying to keep the fuel up after my workout, and apricot/lychee/cranberry/banana smoothie this morning :-) what's your favorite take-to-work lunch?
