I love your Infinity Train/ Utena crossover.
I’m assuming that Anthy has been living on the train for years before she comes across Utena, watching passengers come and go and die.
If Akio is a denizen, I’d imagine him as being in a fairy tale car where he’s the Prince Charming.
Anthy would probably feed passengers (instead of duelists) to Akio to get him off the train. He’d manipulate Anthy into staying on the train rather than abandoned him
If Akio was a passenger & Anthy’s brother, I could see him pretending to be a Prince Charming Denizen and hiding his number with his gloves. He’d love the fairy tale car and never want to leave, and would still manipulate Anthy into staying on the train.
yeah, i imagine anthy wouldve been there for quite awhile! i imagined akio would be a passenger as well but hes been there forever too - a person who doesnt want to leave the train but to make himself a figure of power within it and make it his own sphere. maybe like early apex hes convinced a bunch of kids that if their numbers get down to 0 theyll die. but the idea of him being a denizen is really interesting too and could explain why he wants passengers specifically - they have access to some kind of power associated with the exit doors that he doesnt. or maybe he’s a passenger with an abysmally high number to the point where he thinks he couldnt achieve this kind of exit door “revolution” himself and needs others. lots of cool potential ideas...
