Marina steals half of Luke's clothes, Hershel steals the other half. It forces Luke to steal somebody's clothes in return (very likely Hershel's)

Luke is sandwiched between them most nights (only time he isn't is when Hershel's making sure he's not going to have a sensory overload during the night)

Luke and Hershel make jokes to deal with their jealousy, not just talk about it. Luke does it more often than Hershel does though

When they dance, Marina will randomly hand Luke off to Hershel—all in the spur of the moment—and Hershel will hand him back to Marina. Most of the time it takes Luke by surprise

All three of them do investigations together most of the time after the events of the anime (if one’s left out then it's because they wanna spend time together alone or consider it a nice little date and the third one is just like "yep gonna let them do that :)")
