Story Idea: The Curse of Mercy
So there is this murderer who runs rampant, and nobody can catch him. It gets so bad that a higher being has to intervene and curse him, making him unable to physically kill anyone. HOWEVER, they got lazy with the curse and now there's a guy stabbing random people and they're all lying there screaming in agony and nobody knows what the FUCK is going on.
