wooden multi-purpose table

the table is composed by two desks, made by the same cherry wood in two different essences. the upper desk is removable and slides into the rails carved in the legs of the table to cover the lower desk.

when uncovered, the lower desk is a comfortable working station with the upper desk casting the legs of the person sitting. the lowest part of it becomes a footrest while the other side provides an upper level for the working station, a little shelf.

the small shelf made by the upper side of the moving desk has a nook to better organize cables and wires for a lamp, a second screen or every oder gizmo.

the desk can also be detached from the table to be used as a low coffee table or as a  tray.

LB001

LB001 is the project of a multi-purpose table, with two desks, designed for little spaces, studying rooms, office sharing and studios.

It is a wooden and warm table, simple in its design as in its use. 

The upper desk slides into rails in the legs of the table, covering or uncovering the lower one, hiding rapidly your working station for a quick meal or just to cover for a short pause.

We started yesterday developing the project, it will take a little more.
