LBP 1/2/3 Online Revival
Here is the most reliable way to obtain online back on LittleBigPlanet 1/2/3, via emulation through RPCS3! First: obtain copy of LBP 1/2/3 and add it to RPCS3. Make sure the game has no updates needed. (how-to update in previous posts). Also make sure that you create an RSPN account (should be on the top right of the RPCS3 application, REMEMBER LOGIN INFO! Install Refresher, this gives you access to the online server through Bonsai. https://github.com/LittleBigRefresh/Refresher/releases/tag/v2.3.3 You may also need to install .NET 9.0 Runtime, this is because the patch requires coding capabilities though this windows add-on option. https://dotnet.microsoft.com/en-us/download/dotnet/thank-you/runtime-desktop-9.0.15-windows-x64-installer Run the Refresher application, it will have you select the game. Use the default server as this will give you the best connection. Here you can also add a private join key. Patch the game, BEFORE opening it, create a bonsai account: https://lbp.lbpbonsai.com Here you will reserve a username / account, you will have a limited amount of time to confirm your account.
