Apologies for messaging you, however, I don't quite get something about LCF week. When it is mentioned there are two prompts a day, it also states neither can be chosen. Would that be the same for being able to choose one? The answer is most likely obvious, but I'd like to be certain. Thank you.

For each day, you can choose to do one of the prompts, both of the prompts, or neither of the prompts. It's up to you :D
TL;DR yes, you can just choose one and most people usually only choose one prompt a day to work with.
