okay so i was thinking:
remember in the dai trailers where it would say “lead them of fall”? and morrigan said “will you lead this world to its bitter end?”
we never got that opportunity in the main story line, which i found odd and frustrating. i think all of us were expecting a me2 suicide mission sort of thing.
but then i started thinking, and it ties into my belief that corypheus is just a distraction from the real “villain” - and i use the word villain in quotations because almost no one in the the dragon age universe is a villain by cliche’d standards. bioware wants their villains to be viewed as people that believe they are doing the right thing, even if it may be wrong.
solas, for example.
we can assume what he wants to do. after seeing the world as it is now, a world that he believes is terrible because HE lead his people to their downfall, he most likely wants to bring the creators back.
(which, heh, bad idea considering they’ve been stewing in the crossroads for how long and very well may want to kill him, but i digress.)
the main story, i believe, is just a prelude to what is really to come.
i believe the wolf hunt dlc (if we should ever get one, and i believe we will because RE-ENABLE SOLAS), IS what the trailers were talking about.
will we stop solas, and therefor keep the world as it is?
or will we help him, thus bringing the world as we know it to an end?
i just gave myself chills, man.
