Just thought I'd add a linguistic fun fact about the mixing of English words into Norwegian! It's actually a phenomenon called "code switching/mixing" and is common among bilinguals, which is practically what a lot of young Norwegians are w English

interesting! I guess it makes sense, as your vocabulary is double the size (or triple if you know three languages, etc), and you have a wider selection of words to choose from to get your point across. Sometimes Norwegian isn’t enough, and you need to further emphasise your point by using foreign words.

I'm currently wanting to read all the books but not having the time because I have uni assignments to finish, but when I'm done I'm going to read Crown of Midnight and then Heir of Fire by Sarah J. Maas as well as Percy Jackson and the Greek Gods by Rick Riordan. So many others are on my list too, like Neil Gaiman and David Levithan books. I'm also dying to re-read Harry Potter and The Belgariad cause it's been almost a full year since last which is *outraged posh voice* preposterous! ^^

That is a not very fun situation to be in, but I can totally relate. I’m currently plodding my way through Heir of Fire, but I’m sure once I sit down and actually get into it I’ll speed thru. 

But its been so long since I’ve read the Belgariad! I might have to do that re-read myself…
