The only two people that Leah is close to is her mother and her twin brother, Jake. Her father was never really around long enough for her to have any kind of relationship with him. She knows about her other siblings, but hasn’t really made an effort to get in contact with any of them.
Leah tried so hard to get her father’s attention as a little girl, but he never seemed to care, and then he just left her and Jake forever. This left her with a crippling fear of abandonment, causing her to shut out anyone who tries to get too close.
Because of her fear of abandonment, Leah is very self-reliant. She doesn’t like it when anyone tries to help her.
Leah is very unambitious. She has no desires for her life beyond simply being happy. She didn’t even go to college.
Leah is very temperamental and it’s very easy to anger her.
After suffering from bronchiolitis as a child, Leah developed asthma. Attacks are triggered by air pollution, her allergy to cat hair and cold and flu. She needs to use a combination inhaler everyday and take LTRAs. She also needs a flu shot every year. This never really bothered Leah beyond the occasional hospitalization as a child, however, now that she’s an adult she’s finding that her medical bills are through the roof and it’s really stressing her out. She tried to cut costs recently by skipping out on her flu jab and taking a holiday from work over the flu season, but she wound up hospitalized with the flu and has only just been discharged with even more debt. She hasn’t told anyone why she didn’t get a flu shot.
Leah is proud of her Jewish routes, but due to her lack of a relationship with her father, doesn’t practice the religion.
She lives in a small one bedroom apartment.
She owns a motorcycle, because it’s cheaper to run than a car.
She has a dog called Jovi, who she loves a lot.
Leah has had her fair share of affairs over the years, but she has never had a boyfriend or girlfriend, nor does she plan on having one.
Leah has always been very passionate about music. She is a great singer and guitarist, and this passion was encouraged when she went to school. Rock music was a great way for her to express her anger. She joined a band when she left school and they promote their music on social media.
Before working as a bartender, she was barista up until the age of 21. She prefers bar tending.
Leah has never left Virginia before in her life. She occasionally went to towns and cities near Sander’s Bay, but she generally views those kind outings as a treat. She would like to travel more, but money has always been an issue.
She loves the X-Men movies.
