Great job :) any tips? ☺️
I meant to reply to these days ago, but I honestly just forgot. Thank you so much guys, it’s so appreciated.
As for tips, definitely find an app that will help you track things. It makes planning meals or workouts so much easier, and helps to keep you accountable. There’s nothing wrong with enjoying what you crave, but the key is moderation. Want a cookie? Have one, it won’t hurt. A piece of chocolate won’t set you back. I know some people say having a cheat day isn’t good, but honestly it’s worked so well for me. I have one special item or meal a week where I don’t count every little nutritional fact, and it’s good for the soul. And it keeps me from wanting to pig out the rest of the week. Also, watch your sodium intake. A lot of sodium will cause your body to hold in water. Once you start cutting back the sodium, you’ll lose some water weight.
Hi there, would you please add me to "After All This Time"? Thanks, Lea
